赵青杉，男，教授，硕士生导师，山西省计算机学会理事，忻州市市委联系专家，忻州师范学院副院长，信科院兼职导师。主持、参与省部级项目5项，横向项目5项；获山西省教学成果奖一等奖1项，山西省高等学校优秀成果奖(科学技术)二等奖1项；在国内外期刊发表学术论文20余篇。
